I did think of you!<br />I like your list. I'm impressed with your napkin-bravery. I keep a stash for when the family comes, but otherwise it's all cloth towels. It's really hard to get over the idea that "yucky" cleanups can be "washed out" when you just want to flush it or throw it away! In my defense, I have no children. But when we fry something we just use a clean kitchen towel on a plate to soak up oil. And we have a ton of kitchen towels that we just throw in the wash weekly.
